Booking your print advertising campaigns is now simpler. Trial Fairfax Media's new self-serve tool and take control of how and when you place your print advertising orders.
As a valued customer we want to provide you with the first opportunity to trial and test this new platform. You'll be at the forefront of this new tool and your experience and feedback will help us develop it further to evolve functionality and introduce more of our products and brands.
WHY ARE YOU LAUNCHING THIS?
We're always looking for ways to improve customer experience. We recognise that these days the working day isn't necessarily 9-5 and that not everyone wants or needs to pick up the phone to manage their advertising campaign. This new tool gives Fairfax customers greater control over the advertising booking process - you'll be able to choose how and when you place your print advertising bookings.
DOES THIS MEAN I WON'T HAVE MY DEDICATED MEDIA CONSULTANT ANYMORE?
Absolutely not. Fairfax Media's new self-service tool gives you greater flexibility in how you book your print advertising. If you want to place a booking during usual work hours you can choose whether you speak to your Media Consultant, email them or book it online yourself. If it's after hours, then this new platform means you can book your advertising with a few simple clicks.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER BENEFITS?
Once you are set-up with a login you'll be able to book print advertising through the self-service tool, and will also be able to update your details so that they are always correct.
WHAT ABOUT MY DIGITAL ADS?
Digital advertising isn't yet available on the platform. By participating in this trial, you'll be helping us develop the software so that in the future we'll be able to add other Fairfax products like Stuff.
WHEN I REGISTER, WHAT NEXT?
Once you've registered to participate in the trial, a Fairfax Media representative will be in touch. They'll provide you with login details and be able to walk you through how to make a booking using the site. Once you're on board if you have any problems or questions, your usual Media Consultant is only a phone call or email away and will be able to help.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
No problem. Signing up to the trial doesn't lock you in to using any one type of booking channel. If you register to trial the self-service platform but decide you don't like it, your usual Media Consultant will be happy to help manage your bookings as they always have.
